Forge

Most lifting apps are logbooks. Forge is a coach. A double-progression engine tells you exactly when to add weight, schedules a deload before you stall, runs your rest timer as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen, and logs every session to Apple Health.

Inhale

Breathwork made simple. Choose how you want to feel, then follow a luminous orb that swells as you inhale and softens as you exhale, with sounds and haptics so you can close your eyes. Track your BOLT score, build your own routines, and see your heart rate settle in Apple Health.

Designed, built and shipped solo. No account, no ads, no tracking. The iPhone app is available now.

Productivity compounds

Technology is a productivity multiplier, and its sellers get to scale without scaling their costs. That’s why I build around it. I filter it the way a value investor would: low debt, real free cash flow, and a price that still makes sense if the story slips. Every name gets a DCF before it gets capital.

Personal views only. Not investment advice.

ABOUT

Discipline compounds

I underwrite credit for a living: a $275M+ credit portfolio at Global Payments, a CFA charter, and enough distressed recoveries to know what happens when nobody reads the cash flow statement. Underneath it all is deep financial analysis: I take financial statements apart line by line, build DCFs and comparable-company sets from the filings, and stress-test cash flows until I know exactly where a business breaks.

After hours I ship iOS apps with AI. On weekends I chase finish lines: an ultramarathon, a Spartan Trifecta, and a few soccer titles, all built on years of strength training. Same discipline everywhere: show up, compound, don’t blow up.

The bar doesn’t lie.

I built Forge, my iOS strength app, to plan and track exactly this.
